Ever rang up for spare parts for your Japanese truck [or bus] & had your "head bitten off" by a cranky bloke on the other end of the line? Regretfully it does happen, but fortunately not at JTB Spares! We in the sales phone room understand that not every customer will know everything about their truck. We specialise in our knowledge of Hino, Isuzu, Mitsubishi & UD trucks considering it our job to ask the right questions to get the right answers to obtain the correct parts you need.
If at first you dont have the info we ask, there are most times, others questions we can ask to obtain the necessary news we seek to avoid the need for that return phone call. We are help to help with supply, not deny, a customer order.
Customer service like it once was, like it still should be... JTB Spares: we are nice people to deal with. Getting friendly with us wont get your head bitten off like it does when a mantis gets too cosy with others. Our accounts "lady dragon" may be an unavoidable exception to this rule if your naughty and too late paying our bills. But our sales staff are not! We want your business & are here to help you keep your truck moving.
When you need spares, ring us! The last thing you need is someone making things worse when its already gunna cost you money.
